Opening Announcements

From Lucile: How would you commence a search for a missing person who has dementia?




Now we will begin CERT team roll calls, grouped by participating City CERT teams.  We will take any late or missing members after roll call finishes.  After roll call, we will call for visiting stations.

- they keep going until they get stuck

- folsom cert did a 24 hour exercise a few months back
    - simulated event during it
- figure out search area
- walk people in toward the initial location
- communications was challenging
     - antennas didn't reach everywhere in the city 
     - hams had to relay
- call out person's name at intervals
