Opening Announcements

From Brad: "Although very, very unlikely, an electromagnetic pulse, or EMP, could cripple communications
over a vast area.  A single nuclear explosion, 250 miles above Kansas, could affect the entire
United States.  It is believed that a small area, non-nuclear EMP generating device can be
built as small as a briefcase.  In addition to the devastating effects on infrastructure, this
could impact our emergency radios and electronics.  Have you considered this threat?  Have you
done anything to mitigate it for your emergency communication service? "
