Opening Announcements
-------------------------------
The recent storm caused many issues across the Sacramento Valley.  What issues did you observe in your local region? and if any, how would you prioritize handling them if it was your call?

Note that this question did go out with the reminder email today.  I'll try to include it up front more when I can.  See me after the net if you're not on the announcement list and wish to be.



Now we will begin CERT team roll calls, grouped by participating City CERT teams.  We will take any late or missing members after roll call finishes.  After roll call, we will call for visiting stations.


Davis City CERT

- large tree branches - second
- smaller branches beyond that
- no other major problems

- no power loss, just blinks
- lots of wind
- tree branches had fallen
- priority: safety of people

- branches that crashed against window
- huge plant fell over
- neighbor christmas tree blew down the driveway






Elk Grove / Galt

- reports weather daily nationally
    - rain pattern entirely central -- nothing to the north
    - shasta lake didn't get much water
- levy failure reported in midnight noon [sic] net
- tree came down and community cleaned it up with chain saw, etc
