How might you communicate with people that don't speak your language?  I can imagine that language barriers will be frustrating on both sides of the conversation in an emergency, when communication is essential and frequently time sensitive.  What techniques can you come up with to overcome this barrier.



Now we will begin CERT team roll calls, grouped by participating City CERT teams.  We will take any late or missing members after roll call finishes.  After roll call, we will call for visiting stations.
