Opening Announcements

What do you think the right balance is between providing net control at an event details about local events at a checkpoint or similar vs things that are emergency and must be passed upward.  What's the right guidelines you use for finding a balance?

[Wes relayed a story from the weekend's events that triggered this question]



Now we will begin CERT team roll calls, grouped by participating City CERT teams.  We will take any late or missing members after roll call finishes.  After roll call, we will call for visiting stations.


Davis City CERT

- but net control should also be handling and recording events occurring in the field
- possible injuries are critical
- liability is import to consider to
- net control needs to be assertive to ask for what they want

- missing horse was not found by that point
- small information requests is not important to relay (horse numbers, etc)
