Opening Announcements

What techniques can you use to help someone trapped or drowning in a river that enables you to remain safe in such a situation.



Now we will begin CERT team roll calls, grouped by participating City CERT teams.  We will take any late or missing members after roll call finishes.  After roll call, we will call for visiting stations.


Davis City CERT

- try to talk to them and calm them down as much as possible

- Tuesday night YARS club has a face to face at explorit (7:30pm) with a topic about learning morse code and brain research
